Born and raised in Shiawassee County, Troy founded and started CR Auctions in January of 2022. Troy has been full time in the auction business since 2008, he graduated from Baker College with a MBA in Marketing/Leadership. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie, and their three children, Ben, Nick and Gracie.

Eric Bannan
Partner-Vice President
Eric was born and raised in Shiawassee County, where he graduated from Owosso High School in 2008. After high school, he attended Michigan State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. He joined the auction industry in 2014 and received his real estate salesperson license. Eric enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and his two daughters Mya and Maren.

Chief Operating Officer
Molly was raised in Shiawassee County, where she graduated from Owosso High School in 2014. After high school, she attended Grand Valley State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies. She has been with CR since 2021 and helps manage the day-to-day operations of the auction business, assists with auction projects, and works on the CR social media presence. In her free time, she enjoys weekends spent in Northern Michigan, boating, watching sports, snowmobiling, and spending time with family.

Nicholas Crowe

Nicholas was born and raised in Shiawassee County where he graduated from Corunna High School in 2022. He is currently attending Trine Univeristy in Angola Indiana where he will be graduating with his MBA in Business, Spring of 2026, while attending Trine Univeristy he was part of the golf team serving as team captain in 2025-26.
Nicholas will be joining the CR Team after graduation.
Nicholas enjoys spending time on the golf course and up north in Petoskey with his family and friends.

Real Estate Agent
Gracie was born and raised in Shiawassee County where she graduated from Corunna High School in 2023.
She is currently studying Advertising Management with a minor in Sales Leadership at Michigan State University, with a projected graduation date of May 2027.
In Summer 2025, she worked as a Marketing Intern at Crowe Real Estate and Auction. During that time she assisted with creating social media content.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to Petoskey and Florida with her parents and spending time with her friends and family.

Administrative Assistant
Denise was born and raised in Shiawassee County. She worked at Michigan State University for 30 years before retiring in 2019. She has worked for CR since 2023. She helps manage the office and warehouse operations. You will interact with Denise when you call with auction, storage, or general account questions. You will also see Denise when you pay and pick up auction purchases. In her free time, she enjoys bear hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, raising livestock on the family farm, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

You will see Roger when you pick up, inspect, or drop off auction items. As part of the warehouse staff, he catalogs items, prepares orders, and loads equipment. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, spending time in Northern Michigan, and spending time with his family.

In his free time, he farms, enjoys antique collecting, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Blake was born and raised in Shiawassee County and graduated from Corunna High School in 2022. He has worked for CR since 2024. You will see Blake when you pick up, or inspect items. He catalogs auctions, prepares orders, and helps maintain the auction schedule.
In his free time he enjoys day trading, playing golf and tennis.
Jeremy Hall
Warehouse Specialist
Jeremy was born and raised in Shiawassee County. He is the newest employee at CR and is currently employed full-time outside of CR. He works behind the scenes cataloging auctions. In his free time, he breeds show cattle, farms, and enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
