Should you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% handling fee. $5000 max payment accepted on credit cards. Credit card and ID must be present at load out, even for pre-paid invoices. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $35 fee imposed.

Crowe Real Estate & Auction will provide an option to ship via Shipping Saint. Buyers requesting shipping service will need to call our office at the conclusion of the sale at 989-720-7355. Buyers that have requested shipping will have a separate invoice emailed and texted to them with a pay link. Auction invoices and shipping invoices must be paid before any item will be sent out.
While Crowe Real Estate & Auction packs all items to the best of their ability and as safe as possible, all shipped items will be insured for the invoice amount. If a greater insurance amount is wanted, the buyer must request the amount before the packaging process begins.
